We currently have 80 dedicated volunteers who have made Travelers Aid of the Inland Empire one of the most respected public service organizations in the Inland Empire. Volunteers are the heart of Travelers Aid's work at LA/Ontario International Airport. The "job" is rewarding and always interesting. Our volunteers, who enjoy traveling
themselves and come from diverse backgrounds, find that providing "A Helping Hand Along the Way" is a great way to give back. Each volunteer serves once a week for
four hours answering questions at the terminal desk and assisting passengers with information to make their travels go a little smoother. Volunteers are able to
practice creative problem solving and use communication skills.
